This YH was opened in spring 2008 on Chawan-zaka st. which leads to famous Kiyomizu Temple, and location is very good (3 minutes to Kiyomizu Temple, 15 minutes to Yasaka Shrine). Chawan-zaka area has been a pottery town since a long days ago, and is peaceful town at night. This YH was renovated from a nostalfic old Kyoto style house called "Machiya". Pleae enjoy this old, but new accommodation.


Access: From JR Kyoto station, take No.100 bus from D1 city bus terminal, or No. 206 bus from D2 terminal to Gojyo-zaka (for 10 minutes). From the bus stop, cross the trafic signal, and go for Kiyomizu temple, and turn right at the parking. YH is in front of Inn Yoshida (5minutes on foot).
