This YH is near from Kiyosato station and sightseeing spots, so it is conveniently located. JR Koume line is alpine train which runs at the highest place in Japan and Kiyosato is famous as a summer resort. It is within 10 minutes by car to 3 skiing grounds and number of snow boarders and skiers are increasing in winter. Also number of art galleries and museums are increasing. Many visitors enjoy hiking at Utsukushino wood and Mt. Iimori.
