At lake Suwako, you can enjoy yacht, boat, fising and so on. To Kitazawa / Sanritsu Hattori museum, it takes 10 minutes on foot. During winter, there are a lot of choice of Ski area (12 Ski area) which are 20 to 40 minutes by car. Around the YH, there are a lot of things to see including museums and shrines.

Access: From Kami-Suwa station, take a bus for Okaya for 5 minutes, and get off at Higashi-Takaki, and walk for 2 minutes.
