Former old wooden elementary school in the forest is used as YH. Facilities were renewed in 1994. It is very clean and beautiful and rooms are comfortable. From a nearby hill, you can get a full view of Mt. Yotei and a range of Niseko mountains. The YH provides a wonderful base for trekking and outdoor sports. Events of playing in the snow such as ski school in winter are popular.


Access: From Sapporo Station, take the JR Hakodate line to JR Niseko Station. Transfer to the Niseko-bus bound for Konbu-onsen and get off at "Fujiyama" bus stop. (6 min.) From there it is about a 15 minute walk back to the YH. Pick-up services are available.
By car: R5 from Otaru or Oshamanbe.
